Srijan School is 8 years old establishment by Dr. G. S. Mehra and Mrs. Shobha Mehra with the mission of providing quality education to future generations. Dr. Mehra, a native of Kotabagh, Uttarakhand, was born into a farming family to Shri Shiv Singh Mehra and Smt. Malti Devi. Having faced numerous challenges during his own educational journey, he was inspired to create better learning opportunities for the children of Kumaon. After retirement and relocation to Haldwani, the couple began transforming their dream into reality. In 2016, the land for the school was acquired, and after 18 months of dedicated effort, Srijan School was established in 2018 as the first institution under the Shree Shiv Singh Memorial Education Society.
Srijan School is a co-educational institution located in Haldwani and affiliated with the Anglo-Indian Board, Government of Uttarakhand. Founded by Dr. G. S. Mehra, an eminent figure in the Indian education system, the school blends strong Indian values with a global outlook. Srijan follows a holistic approach to education that nurtures academic excellence, character development, creativity, and compassion. The Pre-Primary section includes Pre-KG, LKG, and UKG. Children can enroll in Pre-KG from the age of 2.5 years and in LKG from 3.5 years onwards. Experienced teachers and trained caregivers ensure that every child enjoys a joyful and secure start to their educational journey.
The Primary School, from Grade 1 to Grade 8th, is guided by qualified and dedicated Teachers. The School further strengthens students’ learning through experienced teachers, well-equipped classrooms, and a curriculum designed to support both scholastic and co-scholastic growth.
